Im Gegensatz zu normalen intelligenten Folien ist die PNLC-Folie klar, wenn kein Strom flie\u00dft. Das macht sie zu einer gro\u00dfartigen Option f\u00fcr Autoscheiben - man kann einen Schalter umlegen und erh\u00e4lt sofort Sichtschutz, ohne die Sicht zu blockieren, wenn man sie nicht braucht. Da es sich um eine neue Technologie handelt, ist der Preis noch etwas hoch, aber sie wird immer erschwinglicher.
